Well Being Week

The children showed off their artistic talents on Monday by creating art work based around the book ‘The Dot’ by Peter Reynolds. Each class used a different medium for their dots and the work is now displayed in the hall, if you get chance to pop in for a look.

Tuesday was all about healthy eating and each class cooked up some lovely food for the whole school to share. Willow made some delicious vegetable soup, Birch made healthy muffins, Ash made homemade hummus and Oak cooked lovely vegetarian pizzas. 

Get Active was Thursday’s morning activity and the children had great fun taking part in the activities including basketball shooting, dance and hoops, as well as how far can we travel. Collectively the children managed to travel 1601 laps of the playground which was 67.6 miles. A super effort.
